This Herm Sprenger® Sensogan® NovoContact Weymouth Bit has a 14mm mouthpiece and 11cm shanks (5cm lower shanks). The port is angled forward and has a larger contact surface.

This precision design lies steadily in the horse’s mouth. It is intended to encourage the horse to confidently step forward to the bit, and may be ideal for horses with tongue vices. The leverage effect sets in directly due to the short shanks.
